1. Service Overview

Our Service offers automated cleaning and disinfection of motorcycle helmets using UPUS Shenzhen machines. The process includes:

• Thermal fogging with water-based disinfectants.

• UV-C sterilization to eliminate bacteria and viruses.

• Ozone treatment for odor neutralization.

• Hot air drying to ensure helmets are dry and ready for use.

The entire process is designed to be completed within approximately 5–8 minutes, providing a quick and efficient solution for helmet hygiene.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Helmet Types

​

This Service is intended for standard motorcycle helmets, including:

• Full-face helmets.

• Open-face (half) helmets.

 

Not recommended for:

​

• Helmets with internal electronics (e.g., Bluetooth devices, headsets).

• Helmets made of sensitive materials (e.g., leather, suede, or decorative elements).

• Helmets in fragile or damaged condition.

 

We are not responsible for any damage to helmets that are incompatible with high heat, humidity, or ozone exposure.

3. User Responsibilities

​

By using this Service, you agree to:

• Inspect your helmet for compatibility with the cleaning process.

• Remove all personal belongings from the helmet before initiating the cleaning cycle.

• Follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines.

• Refrain from tampering with the machine during operation.

• Report any malfunctions or issues to our customer service promptly.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in damage to your helmet or the machine, for which we are not liable.

4. Payment Terms

​

• Payment is required in advance and must be made using the available methods on the machine (e.g., QR code, e-wallets, cash, or card).

• All payments are non-refundable once the cleaning cycle has commenced.

• In the event of a machine malfunction, please contact our customer service for assistance.

4A. Promotional Pricing (1 June – 31 August 2025)

​

We are offering a limited-time promotional pricing for our helmet cleaning and disinfection services from 1 June to 31 August 2025. During this period, customers can enjoy discounted rates as follows:

• Basic Cleaning and Disinfection:
  Original Price: IDR 20.000
  Promotional Price: IDR 12.000

• Premium Cleaning and Disinfection:
  Original Price: IDR 35.000
  Promotional Price: IDR 21.000

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Standard pricing will resume after the promotional period ends, and we reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

5. Safety and Maintenance

​

• We use non-toxic, water-based disinfectant solutions that are safe for human contact.

• The machine operates at high temperatures and emits ozone and UV light internally. These processes are contained and safe as long as the machine is used correctly.

• Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine are conducted to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and effective service, we are not liable for:

• Minor discoloration or wear resulting from heat, UV, or ozone exposure.

• Damage to helmets not suited for fogging or thermal processes.

• Items left inside the helmet during cleaning.

• Cosmetic damage or existing weaknesses in the helmet material.

In cases of confirmed mechanical errors, our liability is limited to a refund of the service fee or a complimentary re-cleaning.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

​

• We collect minimal personal data necessary for the operation of the Service, such as payment information.

• All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

 

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

• Update these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

• Terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
